Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Acceptance
By registering for or using QC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Services
QC provides tools to buy and sell supported vouchers and assets. Features include:
- Purchasing and redeeming vouchers
- Trading assets such as QC, USDT, and UUSD
- Managing your internal wallet balances
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your email, password, and verification codes secure. Activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
4. Transactions and balances
You must provide accurate information. For transactions:
- Amounts and voucher codes must be valid
- After final confirmation, automatic reversal is generally not available except for system errors
- Price volatility and network delays may affect confirmation time
5. Prohibited use
Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or abuse of bugs is prohibited. QC may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.
6. Liability
QC aims to provide a stable service but is not liable for third-party outages, network failures, or indirect damages beyond applicable law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. Developer access and API
The QC API may only be used with a valid key and an approved developer account. The following conditions apply:
- The API key is confidential and its holder is responsible for every order placed with it; the key must never be exposed in a browser or end-user application.
- To sell QC to the users of your website you must hold enough QC balance in your developer account, otherwise the order is rejected with an insufficient balance error.
- When your user buys, the amount is deducted from your QC balance and a voucher is issued; when your user sells, the voucher is redeemed and your QC balance increases.
- An order submitted twice with the same client_order_id is executed only once and the original order is returned.
9. Suspension of developer access
API keys and the developer badge may be suspended without prior notice in case of suspicious activity, attempts to bypass limits, excessive request rates, or breach of these terms.
10. Support and disputes
If a transaction fails, send the order id or the voucher code to support. Requests are handled based on the records stored in the system.
